Epic Tale 1
We've done a few of these joint comics before, where Jens will draw one panel and I'll draw the next one and back and forth like that. (There's one on the back page of the first issue). Usually the stories degrade into us just making fun of each other but sometimes they come together into comedy gold.
This is not one of those times.
However, it is our first attempt at making a collabo-strip using flash - the end result: A dazzling shmorgasborg of color and movement I call "Opus in Barbecue Sauce". Enjoy

Comic con Wrap up
Comic con's a wrap - we had fun, learned a lot, did some drawings and worked on strips for issue two. By far the highlight of the weekend was meeting Mike and Jay from Red Letter Media - if you haven't seen their famous Star Wars Review or other works then stop wasting time with our crap and go check them out!
Mike and Jay posed for a photo with us goofballs

Mr Plinkett signed my Pizza Bites - "What, you don't have pizza rolls in Canada?" Check out the awesome inscription!

Con Artists

Hot diggety dog! The books arrived in the mail yesterday and I can say without hyperbole that a thousand suns going supernova is a cosmic joke in comparison to the glory that is our very first comic book! Seriously, the guys at Ka-Blam did a fantastic job on the printing, Jens and I couldn't be happier.
So, now all we have to do is find a place that rents cheap viking costumes and we'll be ready for the con! For the legions of fans who follow this blog I've made this convenient map which leads you past all the trifling bother and straight to our booth!

Thanks to everyone who lent their support! Hope to see you there!

Demon Graphics Ish: 1
Many thanks to Possum Press, Chris Stewart The Candy Critic, Casa Meow and Northern Ink Exposure for their endorsements! The strips are mostly salvaged from Jens' and my own collection.
The book is a medieval mashup featuring Jens Pindal's : The Iron Maiden, and Brent Forrest's: Igor, with a few random stories as well.
Anyways come on down and check us out at the Toronto Comic Con in March! We'll be setting up shop with our book, doing caricatures and drawings, plus lots of other added suprises so top secret that even we don't know what they are!
